Our Purpose
Miss G & Me was founded with a clear mission: to reshape the tall women’s clothing landscape in Australia. In doing so, we aim to provide a shopping experience that is fair, rewarding, and genuinely enjoyable. These Terms of Use reflect our values, and we encourage you to contact us if you have questions. 1. Ownership & Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, graphics, images, audio, video, layout, and design, is owned or controlled by Miss G & Me and protected under Australian and international copyright laws.
You may download one copy of downloadable content for personal, non-commercial use only, provided you:

3. Product Availability
As a small Australian label, all orders are subject to stock availability. If an item is unavailable, we may offer a substitute of equal or higher value. If you don’t wish to accept the substitute, we will provide a full refund.
4. Order Refusal
We reserve the right to withdraw any item, edit content, or refuse orders at our discretion, even after confirmation. We are not liable to you or any third party for exercising these rights.
5. Delivery
Unless otherwise stated, we aim to dispatch orders within 30 days of order confirmation. If we’re unable to meet that timeframe, you may cancel the order and receive a full refund.
In the case of delays outside our control (e.g. COVID restrictions, supply chain issues), we will contact you and make efforts to minimise the impact. If delays become substantial, you may cancel the order for a full refund.

6. Price & Payment
Prices listed include GST but exclude delivery costs, which are added at checkout.
If a pricing error occurs, we will contact you for confirmation before proceeding. If we can’t reach you, we’ll cancel the order and issue a full refund. We are not obligated to honour obvious pricing errors.
Payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, PayPal. AfterPay. Bank Transfer.
We use encryption to protect payment data. By submitting payment, you confirm that the card or payment method is yours. Orders are subject to verification and authorisation by your card issuer.
7. Third-Party Links
Our website may contain links to third-party websites. These are provided for your convenience only. We have no control over these sites and are not responsible for their content or any loss or damage resulting from your use of them.
8. Account Registration
To make purchases or access special features, you may be required to create an account.

Photographs of the item.
If we find the item to be defective, we will issue a full refund (including delivery) using your original payment method. This policy is in addition to your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
10. Consumer Guarantees
Miss G & Me honours consumer guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in these Terms excludes your statutory rights.
11. Minors
If you are under the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, you should review these Terms with a parent or guardian to ensure understanding and consent.
12. Electronic Communications
