Postage
We use Australia Post to post all purchases from this website.
We offer $12.50 flat rate postage within Australia (optional $18 Express if you'd like a speedy meet-up with your garment, noting, we do not guarantee next day delivery). When your purchase is valued at over AU$320, regular postage is on us.
All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You receive another notification when your order has been posted.
Delivery can be anywhere 2-7 business days and you’ll be able to track its progress to you - COVID/floods/storms, you name it, they play havoc with the world, and moving your parcel around the country may be affected by state or territory, please be mindful, there may be delays.
Hobart Local Collection
Hobart, Tasmania locals also have the option to collect from our studio, by appointment only. We are located at 3/7 Abernant Way, Cambridge. Simply text or call 0416 220 833 to arrange a time that suits us both.
International Shipping
Currently (July 2026) we have successfully conducted international shipping to the following countries: US & Canada, mainland Europe, UK & Ireland, Israel and Sweden (yep!), and New Zealand: shipping is via standard mail with tracking - and while we take every care in entering the details entered by you, we are not responsible for lost or undelivered packages.
We encourage you to enter your address into Google Maps to confirm before placing your order.
It’s important to know that your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Miss G & Me is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
International exchanges are not available at this time. You can return for a full garment cost refund.
For overseas postage, once you have added your garments to the cart, navigate to the checkout. In the order summary, you'll be prompted to choose your country of delivery. The applicable fees in AU will be applied here:

Notice for US Customers
Due to recent changes under US Executive Order 14324, import duties are now collected before goods enter the United States. These duties are handled securely through Zonos®, an authorised US Customs and Border Protection third-party provider - and we take care of all the paperwork for you.
A flat fee applies: AU$35 for one item and AU$45 for two items, which covers the estimated 10% tariff on declared value and postage rate. Postage is calculated by weight, so final costs may vary. Any significant savings once shipping is confirmed will be passed back to you as store credit.
