To purchase a gift card, click on the GIFT CARD tab in the menu bar, choose an amount, enter the recipient's details, and complete the payment. You'll receive an email confirmation of your purchase. For more information, visit our website.

The gift card recipient will get an email with the subject line "You just got a gift card from [your name]". The email will include their unique gift card code. If they don't see the email, please check the spam/junk folder or contact our support team.

To redeem an E-Gift card, the recipient should visit the Miss G & Me online store, select the items they wish to purchase, and during payment, choose the 'Redeem a gift card' option and enter their unique gift card code. For more information, customers can visit the website and explore the various sections for a seamless shopping experience.

If the sale is worth more than the value of the card, customers can pay for the remaining cost using your regular payment methods.

As per the Australian Consumer Law (ACL), a minimum three-year expiry period for gift cards is required.

Gift cards are non-refundable or exchangeable for cash. If you wish to return an item, store credit to the purchase value of the garment is obtainable. Please contact us before you return any items.

Our pants come in various lengths to suit your needs. Alva, Maddie, and Betty are our 'shortest' designs, sitting just on top of the foot. Monique, Louise, Kim, and Jil are full length at 36 inches (92cm) with a generous hem allowance. You can find the inside leg length and model's measurements on each product page for more details.
