You can purchase Miss G & Me e-gift cards on this website in denominations of AUD $50, $100, $150 and $300.

 

E-gift cards can be redeemed on this website in Australia only.

E-gift cards are sent via email and do not incur any delivery fees.

How do I purchase a gift card?

You’ll see the GIFT CARD tab across the menu bar, select an amount, enter the recipient's (who you are gifting it to) details, and pay. From here, you’ll receive an email confirmation about the purchase.

 

How do gift card recipients get their cards?

The gift card recipient will receive an email with the subject line "You just got a gift card from “your name" (with the relevant name). Their unique gift card code appears in the email.

 

How does my E-Gift card recipient redeem at checkout?

To redeem the card, the recipient heads over to the Miss G & Me online store and finds beautiful clothing to purchase. During payment, they select the Redeem a gift card option and enter their unique gift card code.  

 

What happens if the order total is more than the remaining gift card value?

If the sale is worth more than the value of the card, customers can pay for the remaining cost using your regular payment methods.

 

How long are the cards valid for?

As per the Australian Consumer Law (ACL), a minimum three-year expiry period for gift cards is required.

 

Can I purchase a card for international gifting?

Sorry, at this time only Australian residents can access this feature.

 

Can I exchange for cash or a refund on the value?

Gift cards are non-refundable or exchangeable for cash. If you wish to return an item, store credit to the purchase value of the garment is obtainable. Please contact us before you return any items.

 

Can gift cardholders check their balance?

Currently, it is not possible for recipients to check their gift card balance. We can check though, simply send an email enquiry with the order number.
