  • How do gift card recipients get their cards?
    The gift card recipient will receive an email with the subject line "You just got a gift card from “your name" (with the relevant name). Their unique gift card code appears in the email.
  • How can my E-Gift card recipient redeem their card at checkout?
    To redeem an E-Gift card, the recipient should visit the Miss G & Me online store, select the items they wish to purchase, and during payment, choose the 'Redeem a gift card' option and enter their unique gift card code.   • What happens if the order total is more than the remaining gift card value?
    If the sale is worth more than the value of the card, customers can pay for the remaining cost using your regular payment methods.
  • How long are the cards valid for?
    As per the Australian Consumer Law (ACL), a minimum three-year expiry period for gift cards is required.
  • Can I purchase a card for international gifting?
    Sorry, at this time only Australian residents can access this feature.
  • Can I exchange for cash or a refund on the value?
    Gift cards are non-refundable or exchangeable for cash. If you wish to return an item, store credit to the purchase value of the garment is obtainable. Please contact us before you return any items.
  • How can gift cardholders check their balance?
    Gift cardholders cannot currently check their balance online. However, you can send us an email with the order number, and we will check the balance for you. For support, shipping, returns, and other inquiries, customers can visit the website's 'Useful Information' section.
  • What are the lengths of your pants?
    Our pants come in various lengths depending on the design. Alva, Maddie, and Betty are designed to sit on top of the foot and are our shortest designs. Monique, Louise, Kim, and Jil are full length at 36 inches/92cm, with a generous hem allowance.   • How can I use the Buy 1, Try 2 offer?
