Transparency and Trust

In today’s online market, and more so as a new brand, it's inevitable that something you've purchased will need to be returned - we know we can't be everything to everyone and some things simply don't work.​

Miss G & Me applies the Consumer guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law which states you can ask a business for your preference of a free repair, replacement or refund, but you are not always entitled to one. For example, the consumer guarantees do not apply if you got what you asked for but simply changed your mind, found it cheaper somewhere else, decided you did not like the purchase or had no use for it.

We are a small business without the larger company departments of international chains selling volume that enables their free and lengthy returns policies.

In the unlikely event  you do not want to keep your Miss G and Me purchase, returning them in original conditions with all tags is via Australia Post at your expense and within 7 days of Australia post tracking advising your garments have arrived**.

For the period of April-September 2021, we encourage you to email us prior to making a purchase and also join the conversations in the Miss G & Me community forums to discuss which fit will best suit you, then if you order two items for comparison, we will gift the return postage of one item. For this to happen, we create a postage label, email it to you, which you print and affix to the parcel (simply turn the compostable postage bag inside out and we'll compost here in Tasmania)

The return payment will be made to the original purchase method along with the second garment costs.

To contribute to our continual improvement targets, we'll also supply a return slip which we hope you will be happy to fill in - the reason for return and some of your body metric to help shape future garments.

 

We take privacy very seriously: all entries will are confidential and the paper product shredded once your anonymous data has been extracted.

**An exception - The Selena Boots, Mia Slides and Carolyn Slippers are made to order for you in your choice of colour and size requirement, we encourage you to measure well and double-check the size requirement (call or email us to discuss penni@missgandme.com.au ) as we are unable to return any of these products to the manufacturer (other than faulty), Miss G & Me will exchange for another size, but as a custom made order, we are unable to do returns for change of mind.

If your Selena UGG Boot are too large, we encourage you to consider purchasing inserts to reduce the size instead of exchanging - Miss G & Me incurs a $25 fee for all exchanges and additional postage costs that we do not pass on to you.

To exchange simply send us an email with the new required size and Asut post tracking number.
