Postage
we're calling it - free postage isn't free postage - it's embedded in the cost of your garments, and for the most cost-effective, reliable delivery of your garments - we use Australia Post to post your beautiful clothes that fit, purchased from this website.

Via Australia Post’s parcel post prepaid service we offer $12.00 flat rate postage within Australia. When your purchase is valued at over AU$550, postage is on us.
​
There is also an express postage option if you'd like a speedy meet up with your garment.

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You receive another notification when your order has been posted.

Delivery can be anywhere 2-7 business days and you’ll be able to track its progress to you - COVID/floods/storms, you name it, they play havoc with the world, and moving your parcel around the country may be affected by state or territory, please be mindful, there may be delays.

Hobart Local Collection
Hobart, Tasmania locals also have the option to collect from our studio - by appointment only. We are located at 2/37 Tasma St North Hobart. Simply text or call to arrange a time that suits us both.

International Shipping
Currently (March 2024) we have successfully conducted international shipping to the following countries: US & Canada, mainland Europe, UK & Ireland, Israel and Sweden (yep!), and New Zealand: shipping is via standard mail with tracking - and while we take every care in entering the details entered by you, we are not responsible for lost or undelivered packages.
We encourage you to enter your address into Google Maps to confirm before placing your order.

It’s important to know, that your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Miss G & Me is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

We will cover the expense of sending an exchange garment to you if the size is wrong, returning the initial garment to Australia is at your expense and a tracking number must be supplied before we do so.
For overseas postage, once you have added your garments to the cart, navigate to the checkout. In the order summary, you'll be prompted to choose your country of delivery. The applicable fees in AU will be applied here:
